Return Policy

Return Policy:

• All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
• We currently are not accepting exchanges at this time. You can place a new order for an item, and separately mail the return.
• Your items must be in the condition received and in the original box and/or packaging.
• Opened Squaregles sets purchased from www.squaregles.com must include the original packing slip or receipt and can be returned for a refund.
• We are unable to issue refunds to gift recipients.
• Once you have provided the information needed for the return, we will issue a free return label for you to print and send in your items.
• Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 business days from the date the return is received.

To return your Squaregles:

Please submit a request through our Returns Portal. Simply follow these steps:

1. Enter your email address in the Returns Portal. Select your Order #, then select "Request Return."
2. Choose the items to return, then select the reason for return from the dropdown menu.
3. Select "Request Return." Once your request is approved, we'll ask you to mail your items back using the free shipping label provided.

Please Note: You must contact us and receive approval before shipping us your items. If items are shipped to us without notice and approval, we cannot process your refund.
